If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Products purchased from East Vibe are intended for personal use only.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, or marketplace resale without prior written approval from East Vibe.

We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse future orders where resale activity is suspected.

Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include applicable VAT or taxes where required. Delivery fees, duties, or other charges may be shown separately at checkout.

Payments are accepted securely by the payment methods available at checkout, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods.

Bank transfer may be arranged through Client Services for selected orders.

We do not store your full card details on our own systems. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Delivery options, fees, and estimated timings are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently offer delivery across the UAE and selected GCC destinations where supported.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, customs, weather, operational issues, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Risk in the product passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided or received by the person accepting delivery on your behalf.

1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Items must meet the return conditions stated in that policy. Used, worn, damaged, altered, personalized, final sale, or incomplete items may be refused.

Gift orders are subject to the same order, delivery, return, and exchange conditions as standard orders.

Pricing details will not be intentionally included inside gift packaging where gift service is selected. The full order confirmation remains with the buyer.
