At East Vibe, every order is prepared with care and delivered through available delivery partners or East Vibe delivery support, depending on the destination and delivery method selected at checkout.
By placing an order with East Vibe, you agree to this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Delivery Areas
East Vibe currently offers delivery across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC destinations where supported at checkout.
Delivery availability, pricing, and estimated timing are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your address is not supported, checkout may not allow delivery to that location.

UAE Delivery
For UAE orders, standard delivery is available within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders above AED 500 may qualify for complimentary UAE standard delivery, where available.
For Dubai orders, same-day local delivery may be available for eligible orders, depending on the order time, item availability, and delivery location.
Same-day Dubai delivery is generally available for orders placed before 5:00 PM, subject to confirmation and operational availability.

GCC Delivery
For selected GCC destinations, standard paid delivery may be available where supported at checkout.
GCC delivery timing, pricing, and availability depend on the destination country, courier service, customs process, and address provided.
Any customs duties, import taxes, government fees, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or another available communication channel.
Please review your order details carefully, including your name, phone number, delivery address, item, size, and quantity.
If any information is incorrect, please contact East Vibe Client Services as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation, subject to payment approval, item availability, and verification.
Processing times may be longer during public holidays, peak periods, collection launches, limited drops, or operational delays.
Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Tracking availability depends on the delivery method and courier partner.

Delivery Guidelines
Delivery may require the recipient or an authorized person to receive the package.
A signature, delivery confirmation, one-time code, phone confirmation, or proof of receipt may be requested.
East Vibe is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, unreachable phone numbers, restricted access, or courier limitations.

Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos of the packaging before opening it.
If the item inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact East Vibe Client Services within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, public holidays, technical issues, government restrictions, incorrect address details, or other operational disruptions.
East Vibe will take reasonable steps to assist where possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact East Vibe Client Services.
We will coordinate with the courier or delivery partner to investigate the shipment.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, East Vibe may arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on item availability and the circumstances of the case.

Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the product passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided or accepted by the recipient or an authorized person on the recipient’s behalf.
