At East Vibe, every order is prepared with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the conditions below.

To be accepted for return, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
In their original condition.
Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Free from perfume, make-up marks, stains, odours, damage, alteration, or signs of wear.
East Vibe reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Items that are refused after inspection may be returned to the customer.

Personalized, customized, altered, or made-to-order items.

Items must not be sent back without prior approval from East Vibe Client Services.

Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed by East Vibe Client Services.
Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees, delivery charges, duties, taxes, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by East Vibe or a damaged or defective item.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact East Vibe Client Services within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the item.
Clear photos of the packaging.
A short description of the issue.
After review, East Vibe may arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, return, or refund, depending on the case and item availability.

Gift Orders
Gift orders are subject to the same return and exchange conditions as standard orders.

The gift recipient may contact Client Services for assistance, but East Vibe may require confirmation from the original buyer before processing a refund.
